Pitch/Mission Statement Wk 7

Our mission here at La Fave’s is to find the finest aromas, scents and natural essences of the world to produce top of line perfumes for women. We strive to have the sexiest scents that will give you more confidence when searching for that love of your life. Our agents search the world, in the deepest parts of the world, to find these perfect scents and mixtures. Our number one priority is satisfaction so you will love our company as much as we do. Here at La Fave’s we want our customer to feel the sexy sensation with just one spray of our very fresh sent of “Lust”. This perfume doesn't only have the best smell in the world but it also has a touch of Aloe Vera to sooth and moisturizes every sexy spot on a female body. This perfume has a soft floral with the mixture of flower blossom, rose, lavender, and jasmine. One spray of Lust, it will find that love and keep him for life. Our finished products are never tested on animals. We give back to our environment and the materials used to bottle our product are recycled material. All of our factories are run on solar energy. We act as a family. Cooperation is the key to our success. We make sure every employee feels important because each employee is the key to the finished product’s success.

Week 6 Campbell's Soup

My favorite soup is miso soup. I can’t explain the soup taste of it but it’s a Japanese soup with tofu and a green stuff in it. It’s very hard to describe this soup which I try in details as best I could for other who didn’t have it before. This soup, I think is very popular with the Japanese culture but in America I don’t think it is because not much people knows about it or doesn’t like at all. The very first time I tried it I was spectacles about it, I look at it first and just judge how the way it look. Then I took a little sip of it I was very shocked how good this soup is to me. I enjoy drinking it whenever I don’t feel too well or I just want to have some of it. I like it because it has the taste that I can’t figure it out, plus, it is really good for body.

A new product for Campbell’s new soup should be sinigang. It’s a Filipino soup that can come in different ways of cooking. As for me the way I like my sinigang by adding shrimp which is my favorite , string beans, tomatoes, eggplants, onions and other ingredients. Other people can add meat instead of shrimp if they don’t want it which includes the vegetables. The taste of this soup is sour, but it’s not like a very sour taste of a candy. It’s hard to explain it unless you taste it first. The first time I tasted this soup was when my mom made it for me when I was sick. I was very sick so she made it for me and I didn’t really want to try at first because I didn’t know what was in it but I had to get better so I try it. Then my taste buds were very shocked on the taste. So this soup became my favorite. If you really want to taste this soup you could look up the ingredients online and they will show you how to make it.

If Campbell’s really did make this soup I bet all the Asian’s will buy it because they know what it is and know the taste of it. If people here bought it don’t know how they would react to it. I believe most people will just judge on the picture or by the name of it. If people bought it I will suggest to eat it with rice because it’s really good with it and if you don’t want it rice you could also just eat by itself. I think people would buy it for the new taste from Campbell’s.

Week 5

During the super bowl there were a lot of commercials they showed, but I couldn’t remember which one I like the most. Then I remember which commercial that had me going, it was the Doritos ad. It was about this little kid who has a house rule of don’t touch my mama and hands off my Doritos. It really crack me, didn’t expect the company would have this kind of commercial. By far, it is my favorite commercial of this year.

Another commercial that I enjoy was the fiddling beaver, they were marketing about monster.com. I like how the company used an animal to promote the business. It really catches the attention of the viewers and the whole concept of the commercial was to help this company Monster, with people finding a job anywhere in the world.
This commercial was very disturbing and funny at the same time. I couldn’t believe my eyes that this company thought about it. Everyone in the work place where just wearing their underwear and just one worker who were wearing clothes. This guy was promoting about building a work place that you are more comfortable. This ad I was describing was career building.

For the commercials I notice that the companies really did their homework, they found what people really want to see. These ads were amazing on how they capture my attention and how they grasp the whole world.

The commercials for the super bowl, the companies are using market orientation, relationship marketing, marketing plan, and market segmentation. They focus on the consumer wants and needs . These companies have the similar idea for their products. Of course all companies have a plan to promote their products, they use strategic planning. For this plan, it will help a long run and a grow on the companies.

Week 4 Mad Men

I think about the show Mad Men is a very good source of information that relates to what I am learning in this class. It helps me understand how marketing works with companies for example in the show they were trying find out how to promote smoking, so he asks other people about it. It was like a survey for the company so they know what the consumers want. What I also think is that the show is helpful to me because I have no clue about marketing and I say this show might be useful to understand.

Week 4 Superbowl Ads

This ad is about two famous halls a fame basketball players name Larry Bird and Michael Jordan, it was shot in the year 1993.I really like this commercial because they use the best players of all time back and I love playing basketball and it’s my favorite sport of all time. Plus, Michael Jordan was my favorite player back in the day when he was playing for the Chicago Bulls. So the whole point of the commercial was a showdown on who is better at shooting and it was a contest for a Big Mac. I like how McDonald use these two famous basketball players to help their commercial to drive consumers to go McDonald and buy a Big Mac.
