Week 3 EOC Great Customer Experience

As far as I could remember having a great customer service, was when I had my very first job at my other college back home in Hawaii. The job that I had was working in a cafeteria in a small community college. When it came time to work for my shift, I didn’t expect a lot of students to come in all at once. I was working on the register and I didn’t really want to go there because it had a long line and I really hate ringing up too many people’s orders but I have no choice. As time passed by, and the line got shorter with less customers, I was happy. But then, a customer came up to me and ask for my help with a coffee machine, then another customer asked about what was in the food that we was serving. So I basically helped every customer that I can that day.
Helping with the customers I didn’t expect anything, it is usually the same thing that happens at work for me. I expect the customers to ask politely when they need help with something because having a customer who is not polite, it will ruin my whole day and it’s rude to me. Overall, at the end of the day, I got some tips from those customers I helped and thanks from them.
I got this great service because I was in there shoes once before. I was so lost in the cafeteria; I didn’t know how to work the machines or how to order the foods. I know how the customers feel. My theory on getting a great service is having a good attitude at work, it will reflect on the customers and your co-workers too.
It made me feel so good inside that my work place has a great customer service. It will help the business grow and more customers to come back for more. It also made me feel that I have the experience to help others and I could use this towards my future career. It made me remember this because I’m a person who likes to help other people in a situation that they could not figure out. But mostly all the customers that I helped were mainly the people I know.

Week 2 EOC Demographic

Well first, I was born in the mid 80’s so that makes me a Generation Y. I feel kind of glad that I was born in this generation because it feels suited for me, I just do. According to the book, the researchers found out that the generation is impatient, family-oriented, inquisitive, opinionated, diverse, good time manager, street smart, and connected. As for myself, I am more like an impatient, inquisitive, connected and sometimes opinionated.

Week 2 EOC Favorite Fast Food

Favorite Fast Food www.zippys.com

Well growing up as a child in Hawaii, my favorite place was going to Zippy's. If you don't know what it is, Zippy's is a fast food place where they serve all kinds of really fantastic foods, which the locals like. My favorite foods from Zippy's are the Korean Chicken, zip pac, and the chili cheese fires, which is actually still my favorite foods today.

Zippy's is the best place for family, friends and bringing your relatives who doesn't live on the island to this place. What is great about Zippy's is that it opens 24 for 7; it's a place where you could meet your friends, clients and families. Zippy's expanded only on the Hawaiian Islands but I wish they have it here in Vegas. Another food that locals go crazy about is the chili, which is the most favorite food that people like to order for any events.

What i like about Zippy's is how the employees treat their customers respect and aloha. Also, the prices are not bad it's pretty cheap. On a cold day likes a rainy season or if you're sick, the best thing is to get a Won Ton Saimin which is the best noodle soup to get. So if you're ever in Hawaii please stop by any Zippy's can't miss it.

Wk1 EOC Voice

I am a web designer, who enjoys doing web pages. It relaxes me in some ways that people might not understand. People think that making web pages is hard to do but it’s not unless you know the basic knowledge of making a page. Every web pages I see on the internet and I see what I like, I really focus on the template and the graphics they come up with it and try to make it my own version. It really helps me to get great ideas for a web page.
I can get creative with web pages, first I think of what the web site will be about, second I sketch out the plan, then coming out with a concept of what the web page will need to bring it to life. There are some web designer, who just like to have a simple web base template but as for me I really enjoy doing a flash site to make it more unique because I like how other designers animate rollover buttons, backgrounds animated and many more stuff that I love about flash sites.
With my career as a web designer, I hope and pray that I will be a successful person. And one day, maybe towards the future, I will have my own company and maybe invent a new networking in the future.
